Talent Pool Builder is a cloud-based applicant tracking system that’s designed to help all companies screen and hire candidates faster. Recruiters and hiring managers can customize their hiring workflow, track employee referrals and post openings to over 100 job boards. Aside from more efficient hiring, Talent Pool Builder has a few benefits, such as: - Supports an unlimited number of users and company profiles - Easy for candidates to apply for jobs (no need to set up a username or password) - Easy for users to learn the system with minimal training Talent Pool Builder also offers optional intranet career pages (for employees applying for jobs within a company) and a Roll-Up Career Page (for companies that want a single site to display all jobs for multiple divisions/locations). In addition, its team can set up branded career pages for an additional fee.

Great Applicant Tracking System - Easy To Use, Excellent Support Service

It's very easy for new users to learn how the software works and use it effectively in recruiting process. The support team has been extremely helpful with any questions we have had or issues as they are always quick at responding! I would not say anything about this product because my experience was good so far but there isn't much you need to dislike here other than maybe some minor UI changes could be implemented (better placement of fields). Great cloud-based Applicant Tracking System

I like that it allows me to create multiple profiles for each candidate. This makes it easy to manage and find resumes quickly. The only problem with this software is that you cannot delete an account. You also cannot have more than 1 profile in your name. Since I use this software for multiple jobs at one time, it would be fantastic if you could have multiple accounts under 1 email address. I really enjoy using this product for my recruiting needs. Great app that is easy and user friendly

The ability for my team members in our organization to access it at any time from anywhere makes this software very useful! This has been one of those programs I didn't really like when we first got but now after using it consistently its grown on me. We've used other similar apps before (like Teamwork) where you had to log into them via your computer which was not ideal if someone needed immediate assistance with something or they were away from their desk. But since TPB allows us remote users
