It would be ideal if the battery could last more than one use.

These rugged, clear-sounding walkie-talkies are perfect for small hands, work great over long distances, and have great colors. I want to LOVE them, but each walkie talkie requires 4 AAA batteries! These are 12 AAA batteries for this set and after a day of playing with them with friends and family they started shutting down due to the battery dying. Batteries are new, there is no place to charge.

Pros

Functional and Creative Design: The small and lightweight body makes it easy for children to use, and the walkie-talkie weighs only 90g and is easy to carry. A simple push-to-talk button makes the toy walkie-talkie easy for a child to use. It also has an LCD display function.
