Great Product for Reptiles and Amphibians

Not warm to first touch. I've found that if you leave your hand on it for a few seconds, it heats up. My kittens love everything. I have ordered 3.2 for outside on my patio table which I have also placed a fluffy blanket on for extra comfort and warmth and 2 to stay inside as I have told my whole house. I recommend this product for areas like mine. My temperature only reaches 28 degrees. Not sure how well this works in areas with snow as we only get rain. I'm sure due to the snow it should probably be in the dog or cat house to help more
