A last ditch effort to restore a 1980's Fendi bag which was in excellent condition and had been used lightly but had been sitting in the closet for YEARS. The bag even had a black stripe on the front where it was folded. The canvas was dry and thin at the fold and sides. It even sounded "crisp" front and side. (For dry rot for example) Using a cheap disposable makeup sponge I've probably applied it to every surface of the bag 4 times a day for the past 3 days - the bag looks brand new. The canvas completely absorbed the conditioner and immediately left no trace. Residues even a few seconds after application. As if he were dying of thirst! Neither the canvas nor the leather have changed color. Not even briefly. I haven't tried it on anything else but I plan to use it on 3 other extremely expensive designer bags as well as any pair of leather shoes or leather bags/straps for the rest of my life! I think this product works wonders for recovery but using it every few months or even once a year keeps the skin and canvas hydrated and supple. Please don't wait for your leather or canvas to go bad! Use this material to keep your investment healthy and beautiful. It's so easy to use and saved what I felt was a hopeless case.
