🍏 Enhance and Protect with Apple Leather Care Leather Conditioner - 8oz Bottle Review

A friend passed. His daughter gave me his leather belts, which I cut. The tannery knew all about leather, buckle designers, how to get the right belt, etc. It was the only product they used and I've since applied it to my Schott leather jacket and it's been great.

Great product for a vacetta on my vintage Louis Vuitton Speedy 30. The vacetta had a nice even patina and this product did not mix with other of the Leather. Initially it will be a little darker, but as the product dries it will lighten again. I don't know how it works with the new LV bags. It's a purifier and a water transplant. I recommend repeating every 30 days or so to keep your skin properly hydrated, cleansed, and waterproof.

I have no basis for comparison when it comes to leather care but I gave this product five stars because it blew out saddle soap while restoring my vintage wallets! I live in a saltwater bay in the tropics and the humid air makes mold grow everywhere. My wallets were broken. I didn't want to part with them so I followed an online tutorial on how to salvage them and BOY did a great job restoring elasticity to the bags I cleaned and restored. This is one of the best skin conditioners I've ever used and I've tried many (Lexol, Collonil, Proofide). Apple skin is the most delicate and the easiest to apply. It has a light gel texture and absorbs quickly. I'm very picky about my everyday handbag and when it starts to look like dry "elephant skin" I apply some apple leather (with a microfiber cloth). A last ditch effort to restore a 1980's Fendi bag which was in excellent condition and had been used lightly but had been sitting in the closet for YEARS.
