This vinyl reel stand is very attractive and the clear acrylic looks stylish It is sure to fit perfectly in any photo worthy workshop Unfortunately it is not as functional as it is beautiful Once the reels are on the stand they unfold to fill the size of the hole and are very difficult to remove from the stand especially when it is full of other reels.Also the stand is so light that when trying to pull the reels out it tends to tip over and requires two hands, to pull out the reel.This stand comes disassembled but assembly is quick and easy by one person.It took me less than 5 minutes to assemble and I only have the supplied mini screwdriver. If you have a large screwdriver at hand, it will be more convenient. I used the one provided to see if it works and it works, it's just not the best choice. The hardest part of the whole experience was removing the protective kraft paper sheet from the acrylic. Luckily it doesn't stick to the stand, but it needs nails or a tool to start detaching. I was nervous that I might scratch the stand, but with a little patience I didn't. All in all I would recommend this stand, not as a true vinyl stand but as storage for unopened rolls or just a cute photo space for creativity. It's not the best choice in terms of usage or space as it doesn't save you any space at all.
