It was a great purchase! I used to buy a cheaper brand winch to install on my ATV, but I quickly realized that installing the extra parts and oversized wiring would take more time and effort than a cheaper winch. Additionally, Polaris factory installed quick disconnects for the controls. Because of this fact, it made more sense for me to buy a more expensive Polaris winch than a cheaper winch. Installation wise, I installed the entire winch in less than 45 minutes and I'm not a mechanic. Installation was very easy considering the Polaris sponsored videos and the installation instructions included in the package.
