These are PERFECT for the first half of pregnancy because you can wear the jeans you already have and you don't have to deal with those pesky girdles that roll up and move. I wish I had found her sooner but I'm so glad I found her now! I guess I can wear them until I'm 4 or 5 months old and then I plan to switch to traditional maternity jeans. You can also put a belt over these buttons and tuck your shirt in if you like. If you wear it without a belt and only with a t-shirt covering the top of your pants, the button can be exposed like a belt buckle. It wasn't a problem for me at all.
