Review on Ignition Distributor Kit with Solid Brass Terminals, Cap, and Rotor Set by Jeff Clites

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Disappointing after 17,000

Installed on a 1998 Chevy K1500 at 133000 M. The original had oxidized aluminum contacts. Engine response is much better. Update: After 17,000 miles a few errors and finally the truck wouldn't start at all. The brass contacts showed oxidation and were again replaced with a Delphi brand terminal cover with aluminum contacts. The original has surpassed 130,000. So not satisfied with this great auto parts product.

Pros
  • Direct replacement, ready to install including cover and rotor kits. Consumption and acceleration are better than the original part.
Cons
  • Reverse print
