I bought two of these units and they were supplied by Galactics. They were well packaged but had no warranty card/information from Monster. I requested warranty cards but Galactic replied that they are not an authorized dealer and cannot provide warranty information. I am disappointed with this and would not have bought it if I had known about it. Of course I could send them back, but the costs and problems involved would exceed the purchase price. They seem to work fine and don't show seconds or backtracking, but who knows. I see that Revain is using a different company for them now, so maybe they figured that out too. I've always had good experiences with Revain, but this one was disappointing. Buyers, be careful, make sure you get the guarantee that Monster offers!
