The product is really solid and beautiful. I was a bit confused by the instructions so I emailed to ask for a little clarification. I got a very quick answer (task #1 for an already assembled puzzle - to disassemble. Task #2 - to reassemble the puzzle). Because of the quality of the product and the fast and friendly customer service, I would highly recommend it to anyone who loves a good puzzle game.
