Excellent Japanese knife sharpener
I am a professional chef and this is the best quick knife sharpener I have ever used. I use this every day. Once you set the angle, most of the time you just have to use the sharpener and your knives will be sharpened again and can be very sharp. Very easy to use. I plan to buy a few more. That's really a great price! And it's a Japanese brand! I have used many different sharpeners but this is my favorite hand sharpener.
