This is the first time I have interacted with this seller and I am happy to report that I received my eyeliner on time and in perfect condition. I recently dealt with another seller and 2 different items, shipped twice at different times, were broken from THIS seller, but this seller did a great job and I couldn't be happier! The eyeliner works great, doesn't irritate the eyes, the color is as described and I will definitely order from this seller again!
