Review on Kingston Brass Lift and Lock Bath Tub Drain DLL208 - Brushed Nickel Finish by Michele Arora

Actually a good product. However, Revain's description says it is a 1 1/2 inch drain. Like the Kingston Brass description on the box. THE PROBLEM is that the drain in the package is 1 7/8 inches long, NOT 1 1/2 inches. So my guess is that someone changed the packaging as there was already some plumbing on the threads. This product is useless for me. BIG UPDATE: I didn't take the correct measurements. For some reason the drain is actually measured through the drain pipe under the tub, which is invisible by the way. So apparently I need a 1 1/4" or smaller drain (no way to measure). DO NOT measure an existing drain (mine is 1 1/2" in diameter). This will likely force you to order the wrong one as I did. So the product you sent me seems to be a very good product. However, it will not replace the one I have which is 1 1/2" in diameter. Sorry for the confusion I'm causing could have
