When I first received these slippers I didn't like that the heel felt like I was slipping out of them. I thought about sending them back but decided to give them a few days, glad I did! These slippers are so worth the money, very soft and comfy, the arch is very supportive and the rubber slip free bottom is a plus. It's nice if you need to walk outside for something and not have to worry about ruining them! One more thing putting them on you need to pull up over your heel but you know your not going to slip out of them. I'd without thinking twice buy another pair when needed.
