Review on Sword & Shield by John Brazington

We have been working with sword&shield for about four years now; they are extremely responsive to our needs when it comes time that we need them most- during an incident or crisis situation! I cannot think of any concerns at this point in terms of their services - which makes me very happy as well because if there were issues within my department (and trust us, you will not be alone), then SDE would probably pick up those things right away themselves so nothing gets missed!! They definitely understand what businesses require from IT/security companies today more than anyone else does- even better than many larger firms who may offer similar products but lack experience where ours has had over 30yrs+in business before ever needing help.
