The ease to use system with all its features was great! I loved that it had everything you could need in one place - from managing staff schedules through billing clients/customers etc., right down to tracking each dogs health history (which has been invaluable when dealing wtih insurance companies). There were some time lags between our computer systems which meant we couldn't access certain functions straight away but this wasn’t too bad once resolved. We have now moved onto another platform so would not recommend at least until they release an update if there are any issues left unresolved by their current product line-up. Great service & support team who always go above and beyond what's needed. Easy website setup along side other online platforms allowing us greater flexibility within business hours without having to be physically present throughout office opening times.
