We were delighted to use this to make floor cleaning in our offices easier! But in the end I was disappointed. After the 7th use, the cleaning solution got stuck and wouldn't come out at all. We followed all instructions and rules. On the fifth use it took 40 minutes to come out. On the 6th use it took 30 minutes and on the 7th use it didn't come out at all! It was so frustrating and annoying. We spent so much time getting it to work. If it worked, it will leave streaks on the floor after it dries. Yes, don't use too much product and don't get it too wet. The manufacturer should fix this as it is a serious issue. Besides that, that would be great.
