Looking at the product image online, you might think you're getting a fluffy plush mop head. Instead, I got an alopecia mop. The nylon fibers are sewn so far apart that nothing can dust or clean - there are huge gaps between the fibers! I don't know if I just got a bad one or something, but this thing sucks.
