Review on PunPun Double Wall Insulated Glass Espresso Cups: Set Of 2 Demitasse And Iced Coffee Cups by Bobby Cantu

I'll not waste time with the amazon shipping issues these days, lets just say I was disappointed before even opening the box. The product PunPun clear coffee/mugs 2 of each 4 in all. No obvious damage to the amazon outer box, no obvious damage to either of the two PunPun boxes inside and yet 1 of 2 of the coffee mugs is shattered, not just broken, multiple piece shattered. Now disappointed with the product too. Packed tight in a box then tightly in another box of 2, one is shattered. How do you explain that? I just wanted to try a double-walled coffee cup. I didn't want weird shipping irregularities and broken products. As for what did arrive in a useful format I wasn't terribly impressed with the product quality but they are some kind of glass and clear with an ample handle. Losing 1 of 4 mugs also reduces the thought that I had a pretty good deal. I'm sure PunPun would replace my shattered mug if I took more time to go through the steps but frankly going through all this again is not on my list of fun things to do.
