Love the size of the mugs and the double glass so I can hold the mug anyway I want without worrying about burning. Packaging can be improved as when the box came, one of the mugs was damaged. I got in touch with PunPun customer service to let them know. They were extremely responsive and courteous, and sent me replacement with better packaging. I highly recommend the products and appreciate the excellent customer service.

I have bought several of these and also given them as gifts. They are less likely to break than other brands that I've had. They are the perfect size for my Nespresso pod coffee. Having said that, they still have issues. I noticed today that there is condensation and even water in the airspace in one of the cups. I'll not waste time with the amazon shipping issues these days, lets just say I was disappointed before even opening the box. The product PunPun clear coffee/mugs 2 of each 4 in all. No obvious damage to the amazon outer box, no obvious damage to either of the two PunPun boxes inside and yet 1 of 2 of the coffee mugs is shattered, not just broken, multiple piece shattered. I really like the mugs. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars is because it didn’t keep the coffee hot that long, as it said it would. But I can over look that.

the mugs are a good size as my husband likes a large cup of coffee however, the mugs are lighter than the last mugs we purchased in the past from a German Co. These mugs were made in China, if I had known that I probably wouldn't have purchased them.

These mugs were lightweight and easy to hold. Also, I appreciate the card insert explaining the hole with glue at the bottom of the mug. I never owned a double wall glassware before, so I would have surely tried to remove it in the wash. I think the included silicone coaster is useless. Instead of the mug sliding on my table, the coaster makes it topples over causing a mess.I mainly bought these to avoid the condensation build up with iced drinks. No need for coasters anymore.

Nice Mugs. It's a close clearance on my Delongi Dedica 885 espresso machine. They aren't as fragile as some of the double walled mugs are, has a bit of substance to it. Still must handle with care & suggest hand washing as with all this type of glassware. Only if it's totally sealed & states dishwasher safe would I attempt cleaning in top rack of dishwasher.

Easy to handle. Perfect cup of hot coffee or tea. Really holds the heat. Also purchased the smaller ones for espresso. That's my feedback.

These are great for coffee. They seem to be a bit hard to clean outside of a dishwasher. But they keep your beverage hot longer.

These are made of thicker glass than other similar vessels i have purchased, but whatever process is used to seal the bottom hole, used to create the double wall glass, has failed on both in less than 6 months. Some other brands have lasted much longer without this hole failing. A proper glue or sealing compound can probably be applied to fix this issue but it would be a deal breaker if you are uncomfortable with completing this extra DIY step.

I got these because I was tired of my coffee being luke warm before I finish it. I don't gulp it down, so it was always getting unpleasantly cool before I'd finish it. Vacuum mugs like the Contigo are effective, and great for use in the car, but I don't like the aesthetic. I’m using the mug for coffee. 1 of the 2 mugs is chipped. I emailed with Tracy, I sent a picture. Then my fault, today I made coffee in the other mug. (12.9 oz). It was too small. We were so happy to get these cups to use for our new espresso machine! When we opened the box, one of the cups was broken and the other had a crack in it unfortunately due to handling/delivery. I reached out to the customer service email and got a response back within a few hours! They are beautiful modern looking mugs. I have attached three pictures of how I use them.I like the way they are designed, a double wall mug that won't transfer heat as much that you can hold it without getting burned. As far as rating for these mugs, they are not shatter proof. They are quite well built and sturdy. Me and my husband are using them everyday now and enjoy coffee with whipped cream in them. They make my coffee looking delicious and beautiful. I find no reason to buy coffee drinks

I love the product but one of my glass cup when I washed it water went inside and now it looks all foggy :/ I had not even used the cup I was just washing it before using it. I read the instructions on how not to scrub hard at the bottom. I followed instructions and just washed the inside and rinse the outside but water somehow managed to get in :/

It is easy to hold, love that the handle does not get hot when I heat up water in the microwave. The coffee mugs keeps the liquids hot longer

I’ve always wanted glass coffee mugs and I got these on prime day. I love them! I do hand wash them just to be safe but so far I have been using them every day for my espresso machine and they are wonderful! They do seem to keep my coffee warm for a slightly above average amount of time. I have some small hands and they fit around the class and handle nicely.They are light weight which I find lovely. If you are a more clumsy person In the morning maybe look at a more substantial cup.

I emailed their customer service about one of the mugs being defective. They were very helpful and contacted me fairly quickly. I sent them some pictures of water gathering in the vacuum space and they are sending me a replacement mug. Overall, easy to hold can keeps my coffee/tea warmer/colder than the standard mug.

These are much lighter than I expected and they are very thin and fragile. With that said, they do insulate and keep liquids hot. I bought them as a gift and my spouse was disappointed. We will put them away for certain occasions. I can’t imagine using them every day.* I’ve had these for over a month now. We do use them on occasion, but not as a daily option. They are decent mugs for the price. I just wish I felt like I wasn’t going to break them up very time I wash them.
