Defective right out of the box!
It was defective immediately! I should have trusted the bad reviews a little more, but after seeing some posts online from 2015-2016 I thought maybe the company would fix the issue. in the meantime. She doesn't seem to care. $400 is a lot of money for something that only works for a few days.
