Almost a great sign. It works great for us and includes everything we need to get started - I've seen some people say they didn't have suction cups, but ours did. It's very easy to reverse the open/closed sign when it's closed, and it looks a lot more professional than the cheap sign we had before (which faded horribly in a short amount of time). I will repeat what some have said about the lack of letters. We have two websites in my business, and with two web addresses in the thank you message (the sign is double sided) we don't have enough Cs left over to put the word "Closed" in our business hours on another. Side. So our sign says 'Closed Tuesday' which is understandable but sounds a little weird. Otherwise we are happy with it.
