The platform is very easy to use for both internal employees as well external customers who may be using it from different locations or time zones where they live in another country than you do! There can sometimes take some getting used too but once understood its not difficult at all - just like any other system out there if your looking into something with international reach then this one will work great!! I think that we have been able figure things ourselves without needing assistance so far which has helped us save money by doing most jobs yourself initially rather having someone else come over etc.
