Great Service, Easy and Effective Way To Find

The service is very efficient in terms or both candidate sourcing as well searching for candidates within your own database/network when you are looking at remote staffing options with other companies that have not yet come onboard fully via our platform - this has been great! I wish we had more control over who was able to be searched by us remotely (we work mostly from home). We can search thousands upon thousand's of resumes through turbohire while keeping track ourselves without paying exorbitant fees per resume found compared using traditional methods where most agencies charge upwards $100+ dollars PER RESUME FOUND!!

Pros

Great tool if one needs access beyond internal resources, allows greater flexibility during contract negotiations than having full time employees working virtually only part time hours.Great resource also after an employee leaves allowing easy replacement due diligence reviews; it takes some guesswork out there sometimes..:) Also good way get back into employment once returning military personnel find themselves suddenly jobless again..)
