It works as advertised! I'm not sure if it will hold up, though. It is all plastic and seems very cheaply made. I hope I'm surprised though and still using it in a year.It links up very easily and solves the problem I have when using my iPhone to do video from a tripod. No more wasting all that storage space because my videos include the time I have to hit record, walk to my spot, compose myself and begin speaking to the camera. After that, go back to the phone and stop recording. This problem is gone!
