Review on Ultrasonic Water Tank Liquid Depth Level Meter Sensor: High/Low Alarm, Temperature Display, 3.3 Inch LED by Mark Walsh

This device stopped working two weeks after installation. At first he had problems with the morning condensate, which indicated that the tank was only half full. After two weeks the water level indicator disappeared. I stuck with the tank temp which indicated the batteries and transmitter and panel were working but the ultrasonic sensor was not working. I worked with the seller for a month via slow email. Changed batteries twice. Eventually he wanted me to video the battery change, but I refused. Climbing our tall, domed top tank is pretty dangerous, I won't risk my back. The device display clearly showed that the problem was not with the battery. The supplier offered to refund me if I repaired it on site. Not sure what he was thinking. There are shops nearby that do. Plus why should I waste my time. He could just send me a new sender! I've been trying to get this to work for TWO MONTHS. This is a real bug as Revain has a 30 day return policy. However, they made an exception. This is my first one star review. The device is cheaply built and unreliable, and while the seller is responsible, they don't respond to fix the problem.
