Exact Replacement Brackets
Replaced a part with my awning 8500, bought a new awning and hardware kit and found 3/4 of the way to install that part was damaged due to the manufacturer . They didn't just swap out a part, they wanted to return the entire set of canopy hardware. I have in no way uninstalled everything I just installed for this part. They ended up giving me $30 because they didn't sell a single part. Found here.
