I like that we can use this tool in our recruiting process, it's user friendly as well! It gives us so much data about candidates' skills which helps me make more informed decisions during my interviews or hiring processes! What i don't really love though are some of its features such as "Predictive" section where you have multiple questions (which sometimes seem irrelevant) but also too many choices given by them when selecting answers from drop down menus etc., would be helpful if they could somehow limit these options just slightly better than what currently happens now? This software has helped increase efficiency at work place since most people tend not think highly qualified applicants until after using predictive index system - therefore increasing productivity levels through increased candidate recruitment rates.
