The bristles are good and thick, but the button is awkward to use and keeps dripping from the bottom. It's a really good idea and I love the fact that it's a more sustainable design, but anyone who decides it needs to be bottom filled should be fired. The seal is not correct enough to close the bottom properly so the soap just drips onto my countertop. When I received it I immediately filled it with soap and all the soap came out within a day. I will be returning this product and purchasing an alternative from another company.
