Pros: Very quiet Very small Easy to install Cons: Thermal grease has come off This fan is not for hardcore gamers or video editors. The cooling of this fan is probably only sufficient for normal surfing on the Internet/office work. But for what it is and the price you pay, it's fantastic. I ended up returning mine and bought a Zalman CNPS8900 because of the larger fan and better cooling performance (about 10-15 degrees Celsius difference). Oh, and don't forget to crush the thermal paste pack before opening it. I opened mine from the box and it was split; a few large lumps and some white watery liquid. I subtracted a star for the poor quality of the thermal paste.
