I like how our team uses it daily for different tasks within my department (the customer service). It's very easy to use as well! Sometimes there are some issues with performance but we have managed fixing them in no time at all since they're using new updates every month/week so far which helps us solving many problems quickly without needing much support form techs - just keep up updating your software!! Nothing yet :) Highly recommend this product if someone is looking into AI solution, either personal assistant type app OR project management tool would be great choice! Automation workflows will become significantly more efficient once implemented.
