Came with a broken power supply or phone
The product arrived in perfect condition. There is no obvious damage to the box or block. When the power was connected the green light came on and everything was fine. After connecting the power adapter to the phone, the power adapter dimmed and the phone would not turn on. We've tried different exits and still no luck. Weird thing. The documentation on the box states that the device is made in Australia. Not sure if they have an AU product combined with a US power cord but something was wrong. Other reviews failed to do so. i want it to work it would make my life a lot easier.
