The sound quality is excellent, even when using PoE. Highly recommend if you are looking for a great product at this price.

Good product as a group call station for conference applications. Easy installation and configuration. The downside is that the firmware is outdated, so you'll need to update it to use it properly.

This is a good product. However, we bought it from consumerwarehouse Revain.com. Warning, they are selling the Polycom SoundStation IP 7000 in an open box as NEW and, what is worse, they are replacing a Chinese made P/N HGCS20VAOE power adapter that does not work with the phone. I am working with Revain and will update this once Revain has an opportunity to investigate. Revine needs to stop this sale.

The product arrived in perfect condition. There is no obvious damage to the box or block. When the power was connected the green light came on and everything was fine. After connecting the power adapter to the phone, the power adapter dimmed and the phone would not turn on. We've tried different exits and still no luck. Weird thing. The documentation on the box states that the device is made in Australia. Not sure if they have an AU product combined with a US power cord but something was wrong.
