Excellent unit and seller

Bought the unit in February 2021. A few days ago the oxygen sensor failed and the alarm went off. I restarted the device several times, turned it off and on again for two days, but the oxygen channel showed 0%. I contacted customer service via email and received a response the next business day that the device was defective and they sent me a new device. The new device just arrived and I am a satisfied customer again. Great device, great customer service!
