These AAA batteries charge slowly
I ordered these batteries for use in remote controls for the electronics; With the exception of alarm clocks, I do not use disposable batteries. My batteries arrived completely dead; In my "three-line display" charger, they charged normally but slowly: five batteries fully charged in 9 hours, and one battery failed to fully charge in 10 hours. Slow charging isn't necessarily a bad thing if you're planning ahead, and it can indicate chemical stability that keeps the battery from rapidly self-discharging. I consider these 700mah batteries to be medium capacity batteries: I have other AAA fast charge 1100mah batteries. IMO, the lower capacity and longer charge times earn these batteries minus one star.
