The worst part of installing and using has nothing to do with the product! I removed a taillight and found a black widow sitting right where my fingers had just been. After recovering from my heart attack, the rest of the setup was easy. I would recommend using a long thin pole or even rope to get into the body and attach the connector on the right side to it and then pull it back rather than trying to put your hand through the body under the car Video showed it seemed complicated and looked like a dirty job. Not to mention that spiders might enjoy living in the back seat of a very commonly used car now that I know. I will not put my arms or hands in dark places! I easily unplugged the connector using an old telescopic antenna and a piece of tape to attach the end of the connector to the antenna.
