Audio delays and battery not working as advertised

Sound quality is pretty good. However, when you're watching a movie or video, the audio seems to lag by a split second, which gets pretty annoying on a long flight. I bought them for the gym and they are only good for music. Battery life is also closer to 6 hours than 8, only lasting 4 hours when listening to music fairly loud. In the future I would save money for a better headset.
