Pros - thick, durable plastic Cons - so thick and also sticky that it's difficult to fold them back and twist to tie - so long but like that narrow that the buttercream hits the top is problematic - COMES FROM THE ROLL - the stitching made to be on the roll is NOT GOOD. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR WORKING WITHOUT THE TIP. This creates an extra edge where the plastic is sealed and then perforated. This creates additional plastic, which interferes with working without a tip. It works great with a nozzle, but I make A LOT of sugar cookie flowers and don't use nozzles. Also, the stickiness of the plastic makes the roller difficult to remove. The box is useless because the reel goes crazy when you try to get the next bag. I'm actually buying another bag now because of an issue with the tip.
