Review on RUNZI by Scott Reeves

The promise that RUNZI is "dedicated to giving our customers the best products possible that will endure the test of time" made me roll my eyes. Their items have never been reliable or long-lasting for me. I placed an internet order with RUNZI for a few goods, anticipating receiving products of satisfactory quality. What I got, however, were cheaply manufactured things that broke after only a few usage. The garments' seams were unraveling, the buttons were coming undone, and the soles of the shoes were already worn. I tried to contact customer service to voice my dissatisfaction, but they were unresponsive and refused to take responsibility for their actions. RUNZI appears more concerned with earning a quick buck than keeping its word on providing products that last. I would caution anyone thinking about making a purchase from RUNZI's internet store. Don't believe their promises of durability and care. In actuality, the quality of their goods is low, and they provide almost no assistance to their buyers. If you don't want to be let down, look elsewhere.
