Hello, I bought this marble for my son as a Christmas present. He was very happy when he received the gift. Unfortunately after just a second we were so disappointed and I was very upset! The bullets were broken and scattered everywhere. I don't understand how it happened. Did you send us a used toy? The plastic balls are broken. I think all the bullets moved along the way and then broke into pieces. Thank god my son wasn't hurt. Please look at the photos. I want you to send us spare balls. I want to return it but I can't. My son really likes this toy and I don't want to spoil his enjoyment with this holiday. I examined the marbles, threw away any broken ones and there were only a few left. I am extremely disappointed.
