The tool allows me to have everything in one place, allowing my team access anytime from anywhere without having multiple spreadsheets/pads of numbers or documents scattered all over! Nothing that I dislike about this software but nothing too great either -- it works perfectly fine as is!! Easy integration with accounting packages like Quickbooks; easy set up process if using Google Drive instead so no lag time at setup!! It does cost somewhat more money than other options out there (i think $90?), however you will be getting what your looking fo which makes sense considering how useful their services are when managing budgets & pricing structures / deals throughout our business year end reporting cycle. I like that Calxa is extremely easy to use and intuitive. The price is very reasonable. I also like that I can get a free trial. I dislike that there is no way to have more than one person edit the same document. It would be nice if you could have multiple people edit a document at the same time. We use Calxa for our budget and financial forecasting needs. We are able to quickly and easily create very detailed budgets and reports.
