I'm glad I waited a bit to write this review, otherwise it would have been very different. This chair was initially quite amazing as my back actually felt better and was supported, but it ended up being a deceptive few days. Before I go into the details I would like to say that one of the positive things about this chair is that it was quick and easy to assemble. Fast forward 2-3 weeks later and now I am uncomfortable and painful to sit up straight in this chair. . The mesh seems to be coming loose quickly, so I sink into the center of the seat, my back digging into the hard plastic behind the lumbar support. Keep in mind that I'm a fairly small person, weighing ONLY over 130 pounds. So it's safe to say I feel cheated. This product is touted as an ergonomic solution perfect for long-term use, which is why I chose it and spent hundreds of dollars on it. I wouldn't in good conscience recommend anyone who is going to REALLY try it and spend long hours in this supposedly ergonomic task chair to spend their hard earned money on this. as adjustable as it seemed. In fact, nothing is fixed in the desired position, except for the height of the armrest. It doesn't matter, but be prepared for the armrests to slide back and forth all the time.
