This is the second attempt with this phone. The first one didn't work at all! In addition, I could only program my number for my mother using the small memory buttons on the top of the phone, not the large ones. Mom had trouble seeing those little buttons, but we decided to give it a try. She lives out of town and after we left she can't call anymore. There was a dial tone but the call did not connect. I had to buy another phone, it was inconvenient to try this phone for the third time. I won't be picking up this phone around town for a while, but I'll still try to return it to get my money back.
