Soft Tights best in my review
At first, I wanted to return these thinking the material was too thin for my purpose but after putting them on they are very comfortable and soft. I like the high waste as the band doesn't cut into my sides. I would not really think of them as leggings (at least not for warmth) as many leggings I buy are much thicker. They are more like tights but will wear then with long tunic tops.
