nut and bolt where he holds the punching bag. Broken. I heard a rumble as the bolts, nuts, and spindle bearings fell to the floor. I attached the bag to the main mount without the eyebolt, which is fine, but I felt it wouldn't hold the punching bag. A regular eyebolt that you screw into a joist would be better. It lasted about a week in the bag and fell apart. Definitely don't waste your money, I should have gone to the hardware store and saved a lot of money.
