Elastic and without breaks!

My pompom/terrier loves this jacket. It's stuck and doesn't move. We live in a COLD climate and he's wearing one right now, but when it gets below freezing I'll put a second one on top. I think it's better than a bulky sweater. Of course this is a house dog but she takes me outside to do housework and this duet is perfect. Good price too!
