sealant is dirty and can look dirty, difficult to make it look consistent. This tape has some unique uses, you can install heavy objects or press things against it, and unlike caulk it doesn't dissolve caulk, it stays in place! So long-term printing is impressive right where you need it. It doesn't replace caulk under the right circumstances, but when it does work it's much more desirable than caulking-type sealers. impressed, recommended!
