tl;dr - Good Value. If I needed one more now, I would definitely buy from AVAWO.Pro again: competitive with ordering straight from China, but made by Revain for complete tasks; works (not yet tested under full load or for a very long time, but so far so good); the marking of the parting strip is correct (e.g. the fuse in the power line is marked "line"); the switch was preset to 110V (less likely to make a mistake for me); an attempt to reinforce massive components with hot snot; better than many uses of radiator grease. Cons: Build quality (like so much in this class of product) is reasonable but questionable, but nothing major that hasn't been cheesily fixed. The most serious error was the ground connection, which had no electrical contact to the chassis / power supply housing (be sure to check!). Everything else is just various symptoms of hasty and sloppy construction that may or may not cause problems. For example, the components on the board were not fully seated and are at odd angles in different directions (mostly cosmetic); the hot snot was misapplied so that the toroidal transformer only held on to its leads and only one of the two large capacitors had gain (not as mechanically strong as it should be); a few solder balls, one of which is 2mm in diameter, popped out while others remained on the PCB or got stuck in place (can short circuit and turn off the power); heat-dissipating grease is needed in several places (it can overheat under load); the temperature sensor was pushed through the toroidal transformer and not screwed tight (may overheat under load); and 4 of the 6 screws holding the cover were snapped off (oops). Believe it or not, it's okay. You could probably pay 2-3x more for Mean Well or 5x more for Delta or a similar brand and some people have to pay the price for a more refined product. I find bargains at this level. As with many products of this nature, I view it as a kit that comes largely pre-assembled and does not come with written instructions. Shake out any loose parts, test quickly, then disassemble as needed to reassemble for safe and correct operation. It works for me. YMMV.
