Our curly haired Cavapoo doesn't seem to notice he's wearing it and stays warm and dry in the freezing rain in it. just right for our 30 lb dog. The leash attachment hole works great with our tension free harness. Please note that only straps that fasten between the shoulders or at the back of the neck will fit. Velcro closures for the neck and chest are just great! It took a little practice to pull them tight so he wouldn't pee on them. Ha! But wide Velcro allows you to change the angle of inclination. The material doesn't stretch, but it doesn't have to. Our friend looks good too!
